A production system that does not need a six-month implementation.
OpsUI gives discrete and light-process manufacturers the modules they actually need — production planning, procurement, inventory, and quality — without the Tier-1 ERP price tag or timeline.
The same three problems, every time.
- §01
Production plans live in spreadsheets
Schedules change daily. Versions diverge. The team on the floor is working from yesterday's plan because today's only exists in the planner's inbox.
- §02
Procurement is reactive
You run out of a critical component, then expedite-ship it. By the time the PO clears, the production slot is gone.
- §03
Quality issues surface too late
Defects get caught at dispatch, not at inspection. The cost is rework plus a missed shipment.
5 modules, à-la-carte, NZ$2,245 / month all-in.
Production/Manufacturing and Quality Control are currently in beta — fewer customers in production, more rough edges than the core warehouse tier. We deploy them with closer support and a slower rollout than the core modules.

These modules are recommended — not required. Mix in or drop out anything that does not fit your operation. Pricing scales linearly with the modules you keep.
The honest answers.
Is OpsUI a full MRP?
Not yet — the Production/Manufacturing module covers planning, work orders, and BOMs. Full MRP (multi-level planning with capacity) is on the roadmap; we will tell you honestly during scoping whether your needs fit today's capability.
Can I integrate OpsUI with my existing NetSuite or Xero finance setup?
NetSuite is live today with bidirectional sync. Xero and MYOB ship as bidirectional sync modules wired into your rollout — see /integrations/xero for the full sync detail.
How is Production/Manufacturing different from the WMS modules?
WMS handles finished-goods inventory and dispatch. Production handles work orders, BOM consumption, and finished-goods creation. Both share the same inventory ledger so consumption and replenishment stay aligned.
Manufacturing? Let's scope it.
Walk us through your current setup and we will show you which OpsUI modules fit, what the rollout looks like, and where the gaps are.
