§01 · The scanner

Mobile pistol-grip scanning, without the pistol-grip.

Clips to the back of your team’s existing phone case. Pickers run OpsUI in their hand, pull whichever of the three trigger buttons fits their grip, and the screen confirms in real time. Same hardware the team already carries, paired with a scanner that reads everything from a damaged 1D barcode to a PDF417 dispatch label — printed on a box or shown on another screen.

Skip the $2,000 industrial scanner

Industrial-grade scanning at a fraction of the price.

Most warehouses don’t need a NZ$2,000 ruggedised Zebra or Honeywell unit — they need a reliable scanner that pairs with the device the picker already carries. We sell that scanner, pre-tested with OpsUI, for under NZ$150 a unit.

A fraction of the cost

Zebra TC52 and Honeywell CT45 list at NZ$1,800-2,800 ex-GST per unit. Ours is NZ$149 — roughly 1/15th the price for the same SKU scanned, the same data into OpsUI. A 20-picker fleet costs less than two ruggedised units.

Use the phones your team already carries

No new device fleet to roll out, no charging cradles to install, no separate IT inventory to manage. The scanner clips to a standard phone case — pickers keep their familiar OS, familiar apps, familiar device.

Pre-tested with OpsUI

Every unit is paired and verified against the Picking & Packing module before it ships. You plug it in, log into OpsUI on the phone, and it scans. No firmware tinkering, no IT integration project, no Zebra-style MDM rollout.

One invoice, one line item

Hardware bills through your existing OpsUI subscription, on the same invoice as your modules and seats. No separate vendor in your AP system, no purchase-card receipts to chase, no procurement back-and-forth.

On the floor, in three steps

Your team’s phone, plus a trigger.

  1. §01

    Clip onto the phone case

Slim back-of-phone mount fits standard cases. No new device for the picker to learn or carry.

  2. §02

Open OpsUI on iOS or Android

The Picking & Packing module recognises a paired scanner automatically. Bluetooth or USB, no app config.

  3. §03

Pull the trigger, confirm in OpsUI

Scan a SKU, bin, or dispatch label. The wave updates in real time and surfaces any exceptions before the picker walks away.
