Launched /heinricht as the founder-focused entry point linked from LinkedIn, with enriched bio, Person schema, recent-posts strip, and AEO-grade FAQ and Speakable markup. About page mirrors the same Person schema so the entity is consistent across the graph.

Homepage hero rewritten around operator origin
Hero leads on the operator-turned-founder story instead of price, with a slimmer core-pitch card, a live ProductPreview between hero and trust bar, the ANZ carrier roster as a visual social-proof strip, and a founder pill that links to /heinricht. Punchier copy, lighter card, stronger headline contrast in dark mode.

Motion controls behave on every device
Settings gear no longer disappears after idle on mobile; pulsing ring restored via CSS keyframe (was a JS animation that the rendering optimiser was killing). prefers-reduced-motion is now the default on low-end devices so the site stays responsive on entry-level Androids.

Book-a-demo backdrop matches the audience
Replaced the generic Apple-style backdrop with a warehouse scanning clip that matches what visitors are actually buying. Navbar active ring on /book-demo now resolves correctly on direct landings, not just internal navigation.

Audio flourish on the logo
Clicking the OpsUI logo plays a short pitched-up audio sting and smooth-scrolls to the top. Volume is intentionally low and the clip never overlaps itself, so it lands as a flourish, not a hammer.

Each module card and detail page now plays a clickable workflow recording — desktop and mobile, dark mode — driving the actual UI rather than a mockup. The Order Management video shows a full pick-to-ship.
