Batch tracking, expiryand traceability— built in.Batch tracking, expiry, and traceability — built in.
OpsUI gives F&B producers and distributors the operational visibility they need for recalls, audits, and shelf-life management — without bolting compliance onto a generic ERP.
The same three problems, every time.
- §01
Batch traceability is paper-based
A recall means digging through paper records. A failed audit means more of the same. Neither is fixable at the speed regulators expect.
- §02
Expiry dates are an afterthought
FIFO is a stated policy, not an enforced one. Short-dated stock gets missed and written off.
- §03
Cycle counts disrupt production
Full stock takes mean shutting down a line. Most teams skip them and live with drift.

Inventory Management owns the batch / lot / expiry ledger. Quality Control captures inspection records for audit trail. Cycle Counting replaces the disruptive full stock-take with a continuous rolling count. Quality Control is in beta — we deploy it with closer support.

The honest answers.
Does OpsUI handle batch and lot tracking?
Yes — batches and lots are tracked at the inventory level, with expiry dates carried through every movement (receipt, transfer, pick, dispatch). Recall queries can pull every customer who received a given batch.
What about temperature-controlled / cold-chain logistics?
Temperature-zone storage and pick logic is configurable via the Inventory Management module. Live temperature monitoring is hardware-dependent — scope it with us during implementation.
Can I integrate with my supplier portal or EDI?
EDI and supplier-portal integrations are scoped during implementation — we will not pre-claim them on this page. NetSuite is the only bidirectional connector we currently ship.
Food & Beverage? Let's scope it.
Walk us through your current setup and we will show you which OpsUI modules fit, what the rollout looks like, and where the gaps are.
