Multi-client. Multi-warehouse. One system.
OpsUI gives 3PLs and fulfilment providers a real operations layer — client-isolated inventory, configurable picking strategies, and exception handling for the orders that go sideways.
The same three problems, every time.
- §01
Client inventory bleeds together
Spreadsheet WMS or generic ERP cannot keep client A and client B truly separated. Stock counts drift, billing arguments follow.
- §02
Picking strategy is one-size-fits-all
Some clients need wave picking. Some need zone picking. Most legacy systems force one model on every client in the warehouse.
- §03
Exceptions are tribal knowledge
Damaged inbound, wrong-SKU shipments, address bounces — each one needs a process, not a sticky note on someone's monitor.
6 modules, à-la-carte, NZ$2,044 / month all-in.
Start with the core inbound/outbound/inventory trio, layer zone picking when you have multiple SKU velocities to balance, and turn exceptions into a real workflow instead of a sticky-note pile.

These modules are recommended — not required. Mix in or drop out anything that does not fit your operation. Pricing scales linearly with the modules you keep.
The honest answers.
Can OpsUI handle client-isolated inventory and billing?
Yes — inventory is owned per client, and stock movements stay attached to the client record end-to-end. Billing reports roll up by client without manual reconciliation.
Do you integrate with WMS hardware (scanners, mobile picking)?
Yes. See the Hardware page for the validated scanner / tablet stack we deploy with — Zebra, Honeywell, and standard Android tablets all work out of the box.
What about carrier integration for 3PL dispatch?
NZ Couriers is live today in the Shipping/Outbound module. Other carriers are scoped against your dispatch workflow during implementation rather than pre-claimed on this page.
3PL & Fulfilment? Let's scope it.
Walk us through your current setup and we will show you which OpsUI modules fit, what the rollout looks like, and where the gaps are.
