Australia Post dispatch, on the same screen as the rest of ops.
MyPost Business and eParcel workflows for Australia Post — labels, tracking, manifest — connected through the Shipping/Outbound module so dispatch teams stop bouncing between tabs.
Australia Post dispatch, on the same screen as the rest of ops.
- §01
MyPost Business and eParcel
Either account shape — MyPost Business for SMEs or eParcel Contract for higher-volume accounts — fits the same dispatch lifecycle in OpsUI.
- §02
Labels print from pack
Compliant Australia Post labels print from the pack station against your account — no need to log into the Australia Post portal per shipment.
- §03
Address checks at order entry
Delivery addresses are checked at order capture so dispatch is not the team finding out a postcode is wrong.
- §04
Tracking on the order
Australia Post scans flow back into the order timeline — pickup, in transit, delivered — alongside every other event for that order.
Order in, label out, manifest done.
Four stages, one screen — the same shape OpsUI runs for every carrier so dispatch teams do not relearn the workflow per customer.
- §01On order entry
Service selection
Carrier service and rate are selected from your configured Australia Post setup as the order is captured — no separate console.
- §02At pack
Label workflow
Carrier-ready labels and packing references print from the pack station against your Australia Post account.
- §03In transit
Tracking references
Tracking numbers and dispatch events stay attached to the order timeline so support and ops see status in one place.
- §04End of day
Manifest handoff
Manifest and dispatch handoff are prepared from the dispatch queue ready for Australia Post — direct API, aggregator, or file-based depending on scoping.
OpsUI's Shipping/Outbound module owns the dispatch workflow — labels, tracking, manifest, and dispatch events. The specific Australia Post connector (direct API, aggregator, or file-based handoff) is confirmed during scoping against your existing account and account type. No iPaaS in the path.
The honest answers.
Which Australia Post account do I need?
Either MyPost Business or an eParcel Contract account works. Most higher-volume customers run eParcel; smaller operations stay on MyPost Business. OpsUI configures against whichever you already have.
Is StarTrack handled separately?
Yes — StarTrack is its own brand inside the Australia Post group, with its own integration page in OpsUI. If you dispatch on both, you can run them side-by-side from the same dispatch queue.
