    Either MyPost Business or an eParcel Contract account works. Most higher-volume customers run eParcel; smaller operations stay on MyPost Business. OpsUI configures against whichever you already have.

  • Is StarTrack handled separately?

    Yes — StarTrack is its own brand inside the Australia Post group, with its own integration page in OpsUI. If you dispatch on both, you can run them side-by-side from the same dispatch queue.
